Roula Tannoury is the former Executive Pastry Chef of L'atelier, the Gastronomic Restaurant of the Tourism & Hospitality Institute - USJ. She is the owner of "Coin Delicieux" Pastry Workshop. She gained her solid knowledge and expertise through 15 years of experience. She won the Golden Medal of the Wedding Cake competition at Horeca 2004.
Her passion is to create outstanding and innovative cakes and bakeries for all occasions.
